Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Admin & Operations Specialist to support and lead their Sales Administration function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Sales Administration and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Manage CRM tools, maintain clean data, and support KPI tracking
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers for sales campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in virtual assistant, sales operations, or project coordination roles
  • Technically savvy with strong command of Google Workspace, especially Sheets
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage workflows and data
  • Ability to learn and apply AI tools and automation platforms quickly
  • Highly organized and proactive with strong project management skills
