Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Admin & Operations Specialist to support and lead its Sales Administration function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Sales Administration, ensuring smooth daily operations and campaign support
  • Manage CRM and related tools, maintaining clean data and supporting KPI tracking
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers for sales campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in virtual assistant, sales operations, or project coordination roles
  • Experience using CRM systems or similar tools to manage workflows and reporting
  • Technically savvy with a strong command of Google Workspace, especially Sheets
  • Quick to learn and apply AI tools and automation platforms
  • Highly organized and proactive with strong project management skills
