Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales team and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, customer service, and supply chain to track customer order deliveries and backorders
  • Coordinate and project-manage large customer roll-outs, ensuring timely product and material delivery
  • Retrieve and manage data from various systems to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in a sales operations or customer support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), and Tableau
  • Experience in managing difficult conversations and resolving conflicts
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion
