Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales team and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between sales, customer service, and supply chain to track customer order deliveries and backorders
- Coordinate and project-manage large customer roll-outs, ensuring timely product and material delivery
- Retrieve and manage data from various systems to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in a sales operations or customer support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), and Tableau
- Experience in managing difficult conversations and resolving conflicts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion
