Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across the commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full contract lifecycle and ensure accurate Salesforce documentation
- Maintain and optimize Sales Operations workflows, including data updates and reporting
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales operations support and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or commercial support roles
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including reporting and data management
- Proficiency with MS Excel and ability to learn other software tools as needed
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and ERP systems is a plus
