Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across the commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the full contract lifecycle and ensure accurate Salesforce documentation
  • Maintain and optimize Sales Operations workflows, including data updates and reporting
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales operations support and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or commercial support roles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including reporting and data management
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and ability to learn other software tools as needed
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and ERP systems is a plus
