Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who will coordinate between various departments to support the Sales team and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Support onboarding efforts and collaborate with Sales Account Executives (SAEs)
Manage incoming sales leads and oversee bid and contract management
Assist with SalesForce.com hygiene and reporting to maintain an accurate sales funnel

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of related experience, preferably in biotech or life sciences
Strong sales administrative background with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in SalesForce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) processes
