Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize their sales organization and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain the accuracy of HubSpot CRM configuration and data hygiene
  • Build and manage automation for sales processes to reduce manual tasks
  • Provide real-time visibility into sales metrics and support forecasting and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or CRM Administration
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Mid-Senior level experience in sales automation and workflow design
  • Experience with high-ticket or complex sales cycles preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and funnels
