Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize their sales organization and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the accuracy of HubSpot CRM configuration and data hygiene
- Build and manage automation for sales processes to reduce manual tasks
- Provide real-time visibility into sales metrics and support forecasting and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or CRM Administration
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Mid-Senior level experience in sales automation and workflow design
- Experience with high-ticket or complex sales cycles preferred
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and funnels
