Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to assist the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and measure sales goals and metrics to evaluate sales performance in collaboration with the VP Sales
  • Drive sales execution processes and ensure alignment among stakeholders, including marketing, product, and customer success
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and provide regular updates to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and metrics
  • Experience with sales automation tools, such as HubSpot and Copper CRM
  • Experience with data analytics and sales metrics tools, such as Tableau or AWS QuickSight
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
