Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support its US Retail, Food Service, and Hospitality sales teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to internal teams and assist with RFP/RFQ content
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, inventory, and product information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2+ years in sales operations or customer support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau
• Ability to manage customer interactions and resolve conflicts
