Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales Team with pre-sales activities and customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate customer documentation for vendor onboarding and maintain Salesforce.com records
- Produce bid proposals and respond to customer RFPs while ensuring compliance with company guidelines
- Audit contracts for accuracy, generate reports, and collaborate with the Sales Operations team to meet departmental SLAs
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting a sales organization
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM systems
- Experience with B2B contract negotiations or paralegal work is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with 3rd party online billing and supplier credentialing portals is a plus
