Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales Team with pre-sales activities and customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate customer documentation for vendor onboarding and maintain Salesforce.com records
  • Produce bid proposals and respond to customer RFPs while ensuring compliance with company guidelines
  • Audit contracts for accuracy, generate reports, and collaborate with the Sales Operations team to meet departmental SLAs
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a sales organization
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM systems
  • Experience with B2B contract negotiations or paralegal work is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with 3rd party online billing and supplier credentialing portals is a plus
