Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the RFP process by creating sales budgets and pre-sales materials
• Support the RFI process and coordinate cross-functional reviews
• Maintain CRM records and assist in preparing sales support presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business management, finance, healthcare administration, or related fields
• Basic understanding of the sales cycle and contracting process
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Interest in the US and global clinical trial landscape
