Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to process requests for the Sales Field.

Key Responsibilities

• Create quotes, samples, pilots, and free-with-order requests from Sales Representatives
• Convert leads from marketing efforts into contacts within SFDC
• Troubleshoot and resolve order issues as needed by Sales Representatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in the educational products industry
• Strong customer service orientation in fast-paced environments
• High-speed, accurate data processing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using SFDC or similar tools
• Knowledge of internal systems such as Oracle and Sales Force is preferred
