Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to manage systems, data, and processes for Sales and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and process contracts and renewal agreements for Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Perform data validation and quality audits within HubSpot and support user training
  • Build and maintain sales and customer success dashboards, responding to data requests and conducting analyses
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM data management and reporting
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with AR or invoicing tools is a plus
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
