Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to manage systems, data, and processes for Sales and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process contracts and renewal agreements for Sales and Customer Success teams
- Perform data validation and quality audits within HubSpot and support user training
- Build and maintain sales and customer success dashboards, responding to data requests and conducting analyses
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM data management and reporting
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with AR or invoicing tools is a plus
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
