Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales & Retail Operations Specialist responsible for supporting retail and digital sales operations across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete new item forms and manage item setup and maintenance across all retailer portals
• Coordinate with Logistics and Supply Chain on inventory levels and order quantities for Amazon
• Support sales team with competitive analysis and communicate with internal teams and retail partners

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, customer operations, retail, or CPG
• Experience working with mass retailers and managing customer forms/data
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
