Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support and coordinate sales functions in partnership with Regional Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and maintain sales contracts and project data for accuracy and compliance
  • Support onboarding activities for new partners and vendors, ensuring documentation completeness
  • Monitor project statuses, assist with tracking, and report on project holds
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in the residential solar industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Working knowledge of the residential solar lifecycle, including sales and operations
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
