Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support and coordinate sales functions in partnership with Regional Sales Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and maintain sales contracts and project data for accuracy and compliance
- Support onboarding activities for new partners and vendors, ensuring documentation completeness
- Monitor project statuses, assist with tracking, and report on project holds
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in the residential solar industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Working knowledge of the residential solar lifecycle, including sales and operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
