Job Summary
Sales Operations Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for managing workflows, improving CRM hygiene, and supporting reporting for various commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lead assignment logic and workflows for speed and accuracy
- Support commercial teams with organized and up-to-date CRM data
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards for various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
