Job Summary

Sales Operations Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for managing workflows, improving CRM hygiene, and supporting reporting for various commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage lead assignment logic and workflows for speed and accuracy
  • Support commercial teams with organized and up-to-date CRM data
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
