Job Summary

Supporting the sales team in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Sales Operations Specialist will manage pipeline activities, ensure CRM accuracy, and generate sales reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports the sales team with pipeline management, lead qualification, and CRM data maintenance
  • Generates and analyzes sales reports to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights
  • Assists in developing sales forecasts and contributes to the preparation of annual sales budgets
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a business support function
  • Knowledge of sales operations processes and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience supporting sales operations and pipeline reporting in a commercial environment
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain high attention to detail
