Job Summary

To build the operational foundation behind the company's revenue organization, the full-time remote Sales Operations Specialist will own sales architecture, reporting infrastructure, and forecasting processes while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Own sales architecture, workflows, reporting, and CRM hygiene
  • Build dashboards and KPI reporting for pipeline, forecasting, conversion, and revenue visibility
  • Run forecasting and deal review cadences with sales leadership
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations at a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep familiarity with sales reporting, workflows, and CRM architecture
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using spreadsheets, BI tools, and SQL
  • Ability to turn operational data into clear business insights
  • Process-oriented thinker who enjoys building scalable systems
