Job Summary

To support a growing technical business, the full-time remote Sales Operations Specialist will lead structured sales processes, drive sales process improvements, and enhance internal and customer relationships while managing sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and demand planning processes to ensure forecast accuracy and revenue growth
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards while ensuring data integrity across CRM, ERP, and business intelligence systems
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, or strategic account management in relevant sectors
  • Advanced skills with BI tools (Power BI, Snowflake), Excel, SAP, and Salesforce CRM
  • Experience collaborating with Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and reporting, particularly using Excel Power Pivot and Power Query
