Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Learning Services Sales Organization, the full-time Sales Operations Specialist will manage quote creation, project management, and customer communication while working in the Irving, TX office with potential for hybrid responsibilities after training.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manipulate quotes using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel while adhering to finance and business policies
• Manage multiple projects for sales teams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to facilitate customer requests and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales operations or administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing at least 35 lbs
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving
