Job Summary
Supporting the Sales team in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Sales Operations Specialist will manage CRM maintenance, coordinate RFP/RFI/RFQ activities, and oversee lead and pipeline workflows to enhance sales performance and forecasting accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with sales dashboards, reports, and pipeline tracking
- Support inbound and outbound lead workflows, including qualification and routing, while tracking lead activity and conversion metrics
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of proposals, ensuring timely completion and adherence to internal processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or contract management
- Experience in B2B, healthcare, technology, or professional services environments
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools within CRM or sales platforms preferred
- Experience supporting lead management and sales reporting preferred
