Job Summary

Supporting critical sales functions, the full-time Sales Operations Specialist will manage contract accuracy, maintain documentation across CRM systems, and assist with partner onboarding while ensuring operational consistency within the sales organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Audit and maintain sales contracts for accuracy and compliance while entering data into internal systems
  • Support onboarding activities for new partners and vendors, tracking progress and ensuring documentation completeness
  • Monitor project status, assist with communication for projects on hold, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in the residential solar industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Working knowledge of the residential solar lifecycle, including sales and documentation
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
