Job Summary
Supporting the full sales organization, the remote, full-time Sales Operations Specialist will manage operational guidance, optimize workflows, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance efficiency and resolve issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a frontline resource for the sales organization, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Document and optimize sales operations workflows to ensure clarity and efficiency
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, GTM Systems, and Engineering to maintain smooth operations
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years in sales operations, sales support, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce and billing processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
- Knowledge of sales workflows and operations best practices
- Experience with Distribution and Reseller sales support
