Job Summary
To enhance sales programs and effectiveness, the part-time Sales Operations Specialist will manage multiple projects, develop marketing materials, and analyze data to provide actionable insights, working in a hybrid role based in Parsippany, NJ.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage multiple sales programs and projects simultaneously while collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Develop and deliver clear marketing materials and reports to track KPIs and drive decision-making
- Build strong relationships across departments to support customer-focused initiatives and adapt to changing business needs
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, loyalty marketing, or related roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Salesforce and Jira
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in developing and delivering marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of hospitality sales and loyalty programs preferred
