Job Summary

To enhance sales programs and effectiveness, the part-time Sales Operations Specialist will manage multiple projects, develop marketing materials, and analyze data to provide actionable insights, working in a hybrid role based in Parsippany, NJ.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple sales programs and projects simultaneously while collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver clear marketing materials and reports to track KPIs and drive decision-making
  • Build strong relationships across departments to support customer-focused initiatives and adapt to changing business needs
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, loyalty marketing, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Salesforce and Jira
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in developing and delivering marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of hospitality sales and loyalty programs preferred
