Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytically minded, the full-time Sales Operations Specialist will maintain data integrity across sales systems, support pipeline visibility and deal execution, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, while working in a hybrid or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and track sales initiatives, pipeline activity, and performance metrics to ensure quota achievement
- Own the cleanliness and accuracy of Salesforce CRM, including auditing records and building reports
- Act as the operational liaison between Sales and Marketing, coordinating campaign execution and tracking lead attribution
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical/operational role
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including report building and data management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and data modeling
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
