Job Summary
Supporting critical sales functions, the full-time Sales Operations Specialist will ensure contract accuracy, maintain documentation across CRM systems, and assist with partner onboarding while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Audit incoming sales contracts for pricing and accuracy while maintaining project data in internal systems
- Support onboarding activities for new partners and vendors, tracking progress and ensuring documentation completeness
- Monitor project statuses and provide updates on projects placed On Hold to internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in the residential solar industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of the residential solar lifecycle, including sales and operational processes
