Job Summary

Supporting critical sales functions, the full-time Sales Operations Specialist will ensure contract accuracy, maintain documentation across CRM systems, and assist with partner onboarding while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Audit incoming sales contracts for pricing and accuracy while maintaining project data in internal systems
  • Support onboarding activities for new partners and vendors, tracking progress and ensuring documentation completeness
  • Monitor project statuses and provide updates on projects placed On Hold to internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in the residential solar industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of the residential solar lifecycle, including sales and operational processes
