Job Summary

Supporting core commercial operations processes, the full-time remote Sales Operations Specialist will manage the end-to-end contracting lifecycle, ensure accurate billing configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales support functions.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end contracting lifecycle by validating commercial requests and facilitating contract execution
  • Manage billing processes to ensure accurate invoicing and coordinate with Finance on discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure operational accuracy and smooth onboarding
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a related analytical role
  • Familiarity with billing or CRM & ERP tools (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Understanding of the commercial impact of operational decisions, including pricing and margin considerations
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Proficient communication skills in English
