Job Summary
Supporting critical sales functions, the full-time Sales Operations Specialist will ensure contract accuracy, maintain documentation in CRM systems, and assist with partner onboarding while operating in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and maintain accuracy of incoming sales contracts and project data
- Support onboarding activities for new partners and vendors, tracking progress and documentation
- Monitor project statuses, communicate holds, and provide operational reports and KPI updates
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in the residential solar industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Working knowledge of the residential solar lifecycle, including sales and documentation
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
