Job Summary
Supporting the creation and optimization of retail-focused sales tools and processes, the full-time remote Sales Operations Specialist will collaborate with sales leadership and teams to enhance sales performance and manage projects effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain partnerships with sales employees while collaborating with leadership to evaluate performance and support business needs
- Manage retail-focused projects and create process documentation and training resources to support frontline execution
- Evaluate and sustain selling and sales management tools, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance indicators
Required qualifications
- 2 years of retail sales experience or related insurance industry experience
- 1 year of project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite professional products
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
