Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support customer care operations in the LATAM region, the full-time remote Sales Operations Specialist will manage stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and process improvement while assisting with billing operations as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team, facilitating sales activities and achieving commercial objectives
• Maintain and update sales opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Care environment
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
