Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports the CEO and Sales team with various functions
  • Administers and maintains the company's CRM system
  • Analyzes sales data, generates reports, and provides insights to enhance sales performance

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales, marketing, and administration experience, required
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Salesforce experience is a plus
