Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist II in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales Account Orchestrators and Inside Product Specialists to manage quotes and orders
Monitor and provide support for RFQs, contract documents, and order documentation
Understand and follow company processes and policies related to the sales process

Required Qualifications:

2-4 years' experience in Sales Operations or Opportunity to Order role
University degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
Understanding of Sales processes and cycles
