A B2B event and media company has a current position open for a Sales Operations Specialist in Irving.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Increasing sales reps' efficiency to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles
- Facilitating the prospect, proposal, contract and invoice process to minimize burden on sales team
- Supporting the acquisition of data related to identified prospects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-3 years sales support, administrative support and/or customer service experience required
- Ability to prioritize, organize multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes in product, systems and processes
- College degree or equivalent training and experience required
- Experience of working with tools like service now
- Experience of working in a global business and supporting remote business users
