Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Sr Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to drive efficient deal execution through business process improvement and technology strategies
  • Manage bug/defect reporting and enhancement requests for multiple sales quoting tools
  • Support the design and configuration of products and pricing to improve customer experience and drive bottom line growth

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in business, operations, consulting, or technology
  • Experience with lead-to-cash processes and platforms
  • 3 years of Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ) software experience or relevant systems
  • Technical Skills: Outstanding analytical skills and a high degree of intellectual curiosity
  • Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methods
