Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Sales Operations Strategy Director will be responsible for designing, monitoring, and executing technology implementations and revenue growth initiatives while collaborating with clients and internal teams to improve processes and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and execute technology implementations, focusing on HubSpot's CRM platform and performance improvement initiatives
  • Identify weaknesses in current processes and participate in their improvement and development
  • Manage projects to ensure alignment with client goals and monitor user adoption rates, providing necessary support and resources
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of experience in high-impact sales, marketing, or revenue operations roles
  • Experience managing projects that require coordination across internal and external teams under tight deadlines
  • Prior experience in a client services environment is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of core applications like HubSpot or Salesforce, with familiarity in data modeling and analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with comfort in cloud-based technology
