Job Summary

To support sales operations and deal desk functions, the remote contract Sales Operations Support will manage data migration projects, ensure forecast accuracy, and streamline processes using AI technologies over a 12-month period.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead system migration projects for international renewal processes
• Audit and cleanse open opportunities in Salesforce for improved forecast accuracy
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents to optimize order form processes

Required qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration and reporting
• Experience with data analysis, cleansing, and migration
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate across departments
• Preferred experience in sales operations, deal desk, or revenue-related roles
