Sales Operations Support Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time Sales Operations Support Analyst will manage customer agreements and sales transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with Sales, Legal, Finance/Billing, and Operations teams, and can work remotely or onsite in Atlanta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, edit, and manage customer contracts, amendments, and commercial documents
• Translate business requirements into clear contractual language while ensuring compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with Sales and Legal teams to negotiate and finalize agreement language

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking, financial services, or related regulated industry
• Strong experience in drafting, revising, and interpreting contractual language
• Working knowledge of Salesforce
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
