Job Summary
Analyzing business processes and driving issue resolution, the full-time remote Sales Operations Support Analyst will focus on pricing, trade promotions, account management, and sales operations while utilizing advanced problem-solving skills and data analysis tools.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business processes related to pricing, promotions, account management, and sales operations
- Investigate complex business and system issues, performing root cause analysis and driving issue resolution
- Write and run SQL and SOQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales operations or related analytical roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, including Sales Cloud and Lightning
- Proficiency in SQL and SOQL
- Experience working with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
