Sales Operations Support Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Operations Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Sales Operations Support Specialists in providing operational support to the sales team
• Distribute incoming requests and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Coordinate month-end booking processes and address escalation requests from internal and external clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience with quote-to-cash workflow for various services
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and service request management systems
• Excellent analytical skills and process management capabilities
