Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Support Specialist to assist with Salesforce and other enablement platforms while collaborating with sales leadership to enhance processes and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in platform-related calls for requirements gathering, planning, and user acceptance testing
• Document training opportunities and support training efforts for sales technology
• Manage data uploads and reporting needs in Salesforce, collaborating with analytics and sales leadership

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including familiarity with Sales and Service Clouds
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desired
• Strong training and facilitation skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all organizational levels
• Proactive contributor and subject matter expert in sales operations
