Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Provide sales and operational support for existing customer accounts
Assist field sales with quotes, order processing, and customer communications
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support technical inquiries and product configurations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Electrical Engineering (BSEE) preferred
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales support role in an engineering environment
Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems
Background in components, hardware, electronics, or similar technical products
Prior experience in sales support, sales operations, or inside sales
