Job Summary

To support cutting-edge AI development, the freelance Sales Operations Task Author will work remotely to design and calibrate realistic scenarios that challenge AI agents, leveraging expertise in revenue operations and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Author realistic task prompts based on revenue operations scenarios, including bookings reconciliation and account discrepancies
• Write scoring rubrics to define correct answers and establish evaluation criteria
• Validate task soundness by solving each task and calibrating difficulty against AI models

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in revenue operations or sales operations in an industrial or enterprise setting
• Deep familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to analyze account and bookings data
• Strong understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts
• Ability to define precise correctness criteria for task evaluation
• Iterative mindset, willing to test and refine tasks for accurate calibration
