To shape the future of AI, the freelance Sales Operations Task Author will design and calibrate realistic revenue operations scenarios and tasks while working remotely on a flexible contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Author realistic task prompts based on revenue operations scenarios, including bookings reconciliation and account discrepancies
• Write scoring rubrics to define correct answers and evaluate task performance
• Calibrate task difficulty and validate soundness by solving tasks and adjusting complexity as needed

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in revenue operations or sales operations at an industrial or enterprise company
• Deep familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to query and interpret account and bookings data
• Strong understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts
• Ability to define precise, verifiable correctness criteria for task evaluation
• Iterative mindset for testing and refining tasks until accurately calibrated
