Job Summary

To support the development of advanced AI agents, the freelance Sales Operations Task Author will remotely design and calibrate realistic revenue operations scenarios, focusing on tasks such as account data reconciliation across various systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Author realistic task prompts based on revenue operations scenarios, including bookings reconciliation and account discrepancies
• Write scoring rubrics to define correct answers and their evaluation criteria
• Calibrate task difficulty and validate tasks against AI models to ensure they challenge the model appropriately

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related function at an industrial or enterprise company
• Deep familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to analyze account and bookings data
• Strong understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts
• Ability to define precise correctness criteria for tasks
• Iterative mindset with a willingness to test and refine tasks for accuracy
