Job Summary

To support the development of advanced AI agents, the freelance Sales Operations Task Author will design realistic revenue operations scenarios and calibrate tasks remotely, focusing on reconciling account data across various systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Author realistic task prompts grounded in revenue operations scenarios such as bookings reconciliation and account discrepancies
• Write scoring rubrics that define correct answers and evaluation criteria
• Calibrate task difficulty and validate tasks against AI models to ensure they challenge the model appropriately

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in revenue operations or sales operations at an industrial or enterprise company
• Deep familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to query and interpret account and bookings data
• Strong understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts
• Ability to define precise, verifiable correctness criteria for task evaluation
• Iterative mindset, willing to test and refine tasks for accurate calibration
