Job Summary

To contribute to the development of advanced AI systems, the freelance Sales Operations Task Author will design and calibrate realistic revenue operations scenarios remotely, focusing on tasks such as account data reconciliation and evaluating AI performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Author realistic task prompts grounded in revenue operations scenarios, including bookings reconciliation and account discrepancies
• Write scoring rubrics that define correct answers and their evaluation criteria
• Calibrate task difficulty and validate soundness by solving tasks and adjusting complexity as needed

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in revenue operations or sales operations at an industrial or enterprise company
• Deep familiarity with CRM systems and ability to interpret account and bookings data
• Strong understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts
• Ability to define precise correctness criteria for task evaluation
• Iterative mindset, willing to test, refine, and re-test tasks for calibration
