Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Team Lead to oversee the operational side of the sales cycle and manage global purchasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire operational side of the sales process, from proposal creation to delivery completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain product price calculators and manage CRM processes
- Initiate and monitor the sales-to-delivery workflow to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
- Experience managing end-to-end sales processes, proposals, pricing, and contracts
- Strong understanding of purchasing/procurement and supplier management
- Proficient in CRM systems and experience with SaaS/technology companies
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
