Job Summary

Combining sales operations expertise with technology leadership, the full-time salaried Sales Operations Technology Manager will optimize sales processes and systems, manage the sales technology stack, and ensure data-driven decision-making, with the potential for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of sales technology platforms, including CRM systems and analytics tools
  • Streamline sales processes, territory planning, quota setting, and forecasting for improved efficiency
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to sales and leadership teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, with 2+ years in technology management or CRM leadership
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365), analytics tools, Excel/Power BI, SQL, and automation software
  • Strong data analysis, forecasting, and reporting abilities
  • Experience with PMP, APICS, or similar project management certifications is a plus
