Job Summary
Transforming sales operations, the full-time remote VP of Sales Operations will manage systems, data, and processes to drive revenue growth, enhance data integrity, automate workflows, and implement analytics for go-to-market decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize data and processes to strengthen Salesforce integrity and standardize reporting definitions
- Modernize reporting by consolidating GTM dashboards and aligning metric definitions across teams
- Establish a sales analytics capability to convert data into actionable growth strategies
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations with 3+ years in a leadership role at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience in RevOps transformation, data remediation, and workflow automation
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with automation tools such as CPQ and PowerBI
- Strong financial fluency in compensation modeling and forecasting
- Experience in cybersecurity or technical product context is a plus
