Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operator to support daily sales activities and drive deals forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients via various channels
• Build, organize, and maintain a clean, active sales pipeline
• Track all interactions and update CRM systems to maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or business development (B2B preferred)
• Proven experience in hands-on execution, including cold outreach and pipeline management
• Strong experience in lead generation and qualification
• Ability to manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline
• Experience with CRM tools and familiarity with LinkedIn outreach
