Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales processes end-to-end, adapt sales processes to a multi-channel environment, and define, improve, and automate core operational processes
  • Drive sales strategy & analytics, identify revenue opportunities, and support revenue strategy
  • Partner with key go-to-market leaders, own pipeline management, and travel as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy within a B2B SaaS company
  • Acute understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and experience with SFDC deployment
  • Ability to work independently, strong project management skills, and excellent analytical abilities
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work during core U.S. business hours, and actively participate in meetings
